All orders are always subject to availability. We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order on this site. Delivery will be made according to the information at the checkout stage of your order.
Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery. However, we endeavour to dispatch all prescriptions by DPD next business day delivery where ordered before 12pm.

Unless you opt for DPD Saturday delivery, we will aim for you to receive all orders made after 12pm on Thursday, on the following Tuesday (where Monday is a business day) to keep the cold chain intact.
All orders will be sent in temperature-controlled packaging used for all fridge stored medications.
We will use reasonable endeavors to deliver the goods on any specified date we agree, or if no date is specified, within 15 days after the day on which we accept your order. In the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control (for example, adverse weather conditions, unpredictable delays caused by traffic congestion, road works, diversions or mechanical breakdowns) we may not be able to deliver the goods within these timescales. We will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the goods if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by such circumstances. If a delivery does not take place, we and you will agree on an alternative delivery date. We are also not responsible for any delay in delivery caused by the unavailability of someone to take delivery of the products. It is your responsibility to contact the post office or courier company as applicable to arrange the collection or delivery of products that could not be delivered because you were unavailable.
For deliveries to Northern Ireland Please allow 1-4 business days for delivery due to the distance and the method of transport required. However, we will endeavour to provide a 2 business day service where ordered before cut off times as above

Unfortunately, we cannot ship medical products outside the UK due to legal restrictions and good practice. This restriction applies across the site currently as we take advice from our regulators regarding the license in the destination country.
Orders can be cancelled by contacting us via info@medicalweightloss4u.co.uk up until the point at which our pharmacist issues the prescription. Please include your name or the order ID number to help us to identify the order you wish to cancel
Please note: prescriptions are sometimes issued within minutes or hours of an order being placed.
Following cancellation, we will refund you the price paid for the cancelled order (or part of the order cancelled), less any collection or return charges (if any). We will pay the refund within 5-10 business days after that day, depending on the bank, providing:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept medicines back from customers, unless they have been provided in error. If you have side-effects with your medicine and do not wish to use them any further, please dispose of them at your local Pharmacy and report your side-effects to the MHRA using the below link:

Damaged or faulty goods can be returned for a full refund including postage costs.
